Social Media Manager for Instagram & Facebook

I'm in need of a skilled Social Media Manager to handle my presence on Instagram and Facebook.
Responsibilities:
- Create and post 3-4 posts/reels per week
- Write engaging captions and select relevant hashtags
- Respond to comments and messages
- Provide monthly performance reports
- Your primary goal will be to increase my brand's presence on these platforms, and drive traffic to my website.
- Additionally, I'm looking to generate leads and drive sales through these channels.
- I am targeting both millennials and parents, so having an understanding of these demographics is crucial.
I'm looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in managing Instagram and Facebook accounts for businesses.
- A track record of increasing brand awareness and driving website traffic.
- A history of generating leads and sales through social media.
- A good understanding of the millennial and parent demographics.
