Social Media Manager for Family Store

I'm seeking an experienced social media manager to oversee and enhance the online presence of my family store. This role will encompass managing our WhatsApp and YouTube channels, creating compelling content, and tracking the performance of our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging product photos and videos, customer testimonials, and other content for our social media platforms.
- Social Media Management: Post and manage content across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, as well as other platforms as necessary.
- Performance Tracking: Measure the effectiveness of all social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Departments include; Women wear, Mens wear, Handloom and travel gear, Crockery, Grocery and Pharmacy.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and YouTube.
- Strong skills in content creation, including product photography and video production.
- Ability to track and measure performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns on social media.
