Social Media Manager for my Coaching Business

Hi! I am looking for a Social Media Manager (linked in, Instagram & Youtube) for my coaching business. I focus on emotional intelligence and leadership.
I need to start getting out witj my content in order to attract clients and finally getting my Message across. I‘m looking for someone on a long term basis who:
1) maps out a social media strategy together with me
2) creates wonderful postings with my content in a regular basis
3) is able to edit the videos I create (I‘d love to do videos in order to show what I offer) and also creates an intro
4) supports me in what else I need

Basically at the moment the motto „I have all the gear but no idea“ says it all ;)
