Social Media Manager for Branding

I am looking for a Social Media Manager to help me boost my brand's presence on social media. I primarily use Instagram, and I have a goal of increasing product sales to a target audience of adults between the ages of 25-54. Therefore, it is important for my Social Media Manager to understand this demographic as well as the trends and best practices of social media. My Social Media Manager must be able to create compelling and engaging content to attract my target audience, as well as analyze data in order to measure success and grow followers.
