Are you passionate about beauty, branding, and digital growth? Join our dynamic team at Sweet Makeover by Aarush Sharma – a premium makeup artistry brand serving brides and clients across Jaipur, Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chandigarh, and Indore.
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can take charge of our online presence and collaborations.
Your Role Will Include:
• Brand Collaborations & Partnerships:
• Actively scout and secure brand deals and influencer collabs relevant to beauty, fashion, and luxury.
• Manage and nurture relationships with potential brand partners and PR agencies.
• Social Media Management:
• Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube (Reels, BTS, testimonials, before/after, etc.).
• Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content performance and engagement.
• Maintain brand aesthetics, tone, and style across all platforms.
• PR & Visibility:
• Work with PR teams to get media coverage, features in wedding/fashion magazines or blogs, and shoutouts from influencers.
• Pitch to wedding planners, bridal pages, and event showcases for cross-promotion.
• Community Building:
• Interact with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build a strong, loyal online community.
• Organize giveaways, contests, and interactive content to boost engagement.
Who You Are:
• Experienced in managing social media for beauty or lifestyle brands (preferred).
• Has a creative eye for content, reels, and visual storytelling.
• Proactive, self-driven, and up to date with trends in beauty and digital marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for brand collabs and influencer deals.
