VA/Social Media Manager Wanted for Dog Health Ecom Brand

Hello!
My name is Oliver, co-founder of Hero Pet Health, a DTC ecom brand developing a range of dog health supplements.
We're on the hunt for a part-time social media superstar to join the team. If you are a person that is creative, loves social media, brand development and is obsessed organic social growth then we want to hear from you!
The responsibilities:
Create and implement our social media strategy across all social channels including Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, YouTube.
Develop and execute a social media calendar across all social platforms.
Produce relatable, creative and engaging content. Both Video and images.
Stay up to date with the latest social media algorithms, technologies and trends which also include content formats and hashtags.
Create engaging short-form content that can be utilised on socials and the website.
Work with Hero Pet Health to create organic and unique content.
The skills:
Extremely Creative
Highly organised
A strong understanding of our brand and how it can be marketed in current marketing and social media trends
The desire to constantly produce creative and innovate content
The requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Social Media Management or proven ability to grow social media channels
A proven track record
Photoshop/Canva skills
Ability to develop short form video content suitable for TikTok, Reels or Shorts
video/photo editing experience
Hero Pet Health is currently in the pre launch phase and are looking to grow our social media presence prior to launching to market. We believe that providing educational content, full of value is the best way to built a sustainable and engaged audience. This role is for roughly 10 hours per week however will likely increase leading up to launch in August, will the opportunity to expand to a full time position.
