### Job Details:
- Video Editing: We provide raw footage—you create engaging short-form content for TikTok & Instagram.
- Posting & Scheduling: Manage consistent uploads and optimize posting times.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with TikTok & Instagram trends and apply them to our content.
- Captions & Hashtags: Write compelling captions and use trending hashtags to maximize reach.
- Performance Monitoring: Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
### Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in video editing and social media management (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics.
- Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
- Creative mindset—able to turn simple videos into viral content.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required).
- Reliable and responsive, able to work independently with regular updates.
