Social Media Manager + Post Creation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Project Description: Social Media Post Creation for Real Estate.
I am looking for a social media manager who can help me create engaging posts for my Instagram + Facebook account.
Social Media Platforms: Instagram + Facebook Post.
Post Style and Theme:
- I have a specific style and theme in mind for the posts ( I will share example) .
- For Instagram :- I will give you 10 image you need to convert it in vedio with content in it.
- For facebook :- I will give you same 10 image, you need to create a 10 page slide by using AI tools mentioning product discreption on it.( AI tool will be your)
- Image and content(Product discreption) will be provided by us.
- Best trending hastags for real estate to be used.
Number of Posts per Week:
- 2 post daily ( 2 Vedio post for Instagram + 1 Slide post for facebook)
- 15 Post for week. ( Monday-Friday).
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing Instagram accounts and creating visually appealing and engaging posts.
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Ability to create consistent and cohesive posts that align with the desired style and theme.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to understand and execute my vision for the posts.
- Time management skills to ensure timely delivery of the required number of posts per week.
If you have the skills and experience I am looking for, please submit your proposal with examples of your previous work.
NOTE :- This is not a hourly base job. This is a monthly fix salary job for a long term. Payout will be bio-weekly or monthly basis as per your choice.
Just FYI : Creating 3 post a day that also using AI help only takes 2 hour a day. Selected freelancer just need to understand our requirement in 1-2 days. Than he/she just need to do that at his own.
