Social Media Manager Needed for Facebook and Instagram

Starting at $30/month opportunity to go up to $200/month after the first two months based on performance

I'm seeking a one term social media manager to oversee our Facebook and Instagram accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media for a diverse audience, including young adults, parents, families, Montessori educators, and grandparents.

Key Responsibilities:

Crafting engaging and relevant content
Scheduling and posting on both Facebook and Instagram three times a day
Responding to messages and comments in a timely manner
Growing our follower base with the target audience in mind
Creating posts using Canva and Illustrator
Developing compelling reels
Skills and Experience Required:

Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram accounts
Understanding of the target audience and how to tailor content to engage them
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative and innovative thinking to ensure content is fresh and appealing
Ability to analyze social media metrics and tweak strategy accordingly
Proficiency in Canva, Illustrator, and reel creation
