Social Media Manager - Growth Expert needed - YouTube - Instgram - TikTok
Budget: $2 – $5 USD
I am looking for a Social Media Manager and Growth Expert who can help me increase followers on my YouTube Channel. Long Term only. And you must be able to assign min 5 hours a day to our project. Or even more.
For this purpose we also wanna start now Instagram and TikTok new Accounts and we will start with YouTube Shorts too.
IMPORTANT:
I am only looking for long term cooperation. I need 2 people who are striving to learn & grow together. Our content is all about Finances, Investments and Crypto.

If you know how to Growth Hack, how to plan and create Social Media Content yourself, without the need to be micromanaged and also interested in becoming part of a team who have set highly ambitious goal for the next 52 weeks, then please come to our team.
We are still pretty small and not well montized yet, so our current budget is not high. But as we grow together, we not only will learn a lot together, but also your payment can and will be adjusted according to our achievements.
You should be able to organize yourself, work with click up, keep deadlines and beeing accountable. You should be willing to go the extra mile in order thus we all can achive our ambitous goals. You can bring in your own ideas and creativity in this journey and I grant you if we work together on this project and achieving our goals. You will not only have a long term job, but also get salary increase over time and an you will have an awesome reference project for any future work.
If you know finances, crypto and investing it will be a big bonus, however not compulary.
We have in our team an other VA, Thumbnail Designer, Editors - who can also support you.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven track record of successfully growing social media platforms, specifically YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
- Deep understanding of the algorithms and best practices for each platform
- Ability to create engaging and educational/informative content
- Experience with social media analytics and data-driven decision making
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, as you will be working closely with me to align our goals and strategies
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media growth strategy to increase followers on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
- Create engaging and educational/informative content that aligns with our target audience and brand
- Optimize content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement
- Monitor and analyze social media analytics to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with me to align our goals, messaging, and strategies
If you are a social media expert with a passion for growth and education, I would love to hear from you. When you apply please mention the word "GOAL" as the very first word in your application thus I know you read everything. Please provide examples of your previous work and explain your detailed approach to growing social media platforms in our case.
Before we would agree on long term, we will also need you to do a test and create Social Media Strategy & content for min 3 days up to 1 week as a test task. As I dont wanna see any theoretical improvement ideas (which I also have a lot ^^) but we need people who can actually do the work and get things done in a good way.
