Social Media Manager For Linkedin

I am looking for a Social Media Manager for my Linkedin presence. The primary goal I am looking to achieve is to generate leads and sales by posting promotional content. My content plan and posting schedule will be open to the expert opinion of the freelancer. I am ideally looking for someone experienced in the field who can provide insights into the best times to post, the kind of content that works well, etc., to maximize the reach of my posts and engagement. The freelancer must have good communication, writing, and content creation skills as the posts provided will be in line with my business goals. I'm also looking for someone who understands the dynamics of the different social media platforms, and is able to maintain my presence while providing comprehensive monthly reporting of post performance.
