Social Media Manager - Community Manager Instagram

We are launching the phase 2 of a campaign and are looking for a very savvy social media manager who knows how to push paid and organic content to reach a 1,000 followers per week, knowing that the content is already created by the creative agency we need someone who knows the best ways to generate engagement in IG (Format, timing, hashtags for this specific campaign etc...).
And someone who could truly deliver valuable implementation to reach our KPI.
