Social Media Manager & Community Builder

I'm looking for a skilled Social Media Manager who can help build and grow my audience across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, others. The goal is bigger engaged audience no matter where, and traffic to the website.
The primary method will be on publishing content based on our existing work .
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, curate, and manage educational content across multiple platforms
- Grow the audience (followers) across the different platforms and traffic to the website
- Monitor and report
Ideal:
- Share an example of a community you've built
- Share an example of educational short video content you've created
- Individual preferred (not agency)
Payment will be [monthly] based on content produced / published and audience size achieved (total or across platforms).
