Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and enhance engagement across various platforms. This individual will collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to create compelling, engaging, and relevant content tailored to our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and drive engagement.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.).
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships with online communities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and promote campaigns, product launches, and other company initiatives.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies based on insights.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling.
Preferred:
Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or content marketing.
Graphic design or video editing skills.
