Social Media Manager -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a small real estate syndication and growing business. Syndication is a partnership between investors who pool their resources into a single investment. My role as a syndicator is to raise capital for my deals. I need to be actively engaged with my investors so overtime, they will know, like, trust, and invest in my real estate deals. These deals typically require a minimum investment of $100k so my target audience is high networth earners.
I need help with video editing, captioning, and posting my content on the social media platform(Instagram and TikTok). So far I have written a good amount of newsletters, an e-book(lead magnet) and I have many videos from being a guest on podcast shows. I don't want to make a generic post without knowing if I am targeting the right audience. I am looking for differentiation and separating myself from my competition. Perhaps mix my own story within the reels when providing educational content.
I am looking for a strategic partner who will consistently provide feedback on the type of reels I should be creating to capture my dream clients. Someone who will take the time to research and understand my business/brand and creates content that is reflective of it.
