Social Media Manager

We are an Outdoor Education company, operating off of a small island in Malaysia. We're well established and have been operating here since 2006. Our client base is already strong but I believe it could be more diverse.
Recently we have begun to undertake training for other professionals from this part of the world (Wilderness First Aid, Kayaking etc).
I think that by increasing our social media presence, and targeting correctly we could;
Increase and diversify our client base
Increase the reach of our training programs and therefore be of benefit to the industry as a whole (there is a lack of qualified / competent instructing personnel)
Consequently make the hiring of people on a seasonal basis easier
