Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately, increase our customer base. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social media best practices, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in social media.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Create and curate engaging content for each social media platform to drive engagement and increase followers
Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
Use analytics tools to track and report on social media metrics and adjust the strategy as needed
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices and make recommendations for improving our social media strategy
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure consistency across all channels
Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and advocates
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in social media management or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Experience with social media analytics and reporting
Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
Experience managing social media advertising campaigns
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
