Social Media Manager

Looking for a Social Media Guru: this is a continual position. Currently I need help managing my clients social media, I am far too busy and need to delegate this. Starting off it will be primarily for his main company: short term rental management firm with a cleaning company that he opened to support the management company. There's also room to grow more clients, I would love to pass off my social media for my own company and I also have other clients that would like this service. If I can find someone that I work well with, you will have a lot of business.

I am a graphic designer and photographer (I call myself the content creator to my clients) I go out and get all of the fun content and I need someone to post it and make it fun. So usually, content will be provided but it would still be good to have someone who knows Canva in order to create something if I'm too busy. For example: I have a TON of pictures in Dropbox of my clients airbnb's, I just need someone to go into the folders, pick the best picture and post about that property.

Need list:
- Post Daily (scheduling posts)
- Post Stories
- Place ads & report results, & what would work best next time
- Engage with customers, influencers, etc.
- See what is trending and what content I need to get for you (you're kind of my boss in this instance)
- Knowledge of Canva and a little graphic design would be ideal but not required I don't really know our budget yet for this, so please tell me what you can provide and for what price.
- On a weekly or monthly basis would be ideal. I'm assuming it'll take roughly 15 hours per week? but tell me if I'm wrong since you have experience with this. Also please send any examples of work.

Lastly, it would be preferred for you to speak english as we will have monthly phone calls to discuss targeted audience & posting schedules.
