Social Media Manager

I am a new author of a book on running and coaching runners called, Coach, Run, Win. I am new to social media (does being 71 have something to do with that?) I am looking to hire someone to help me learn how to use social media to market my book. While learning, I would have the person do my marketing and promotion for me until I am able to do it myself. I would prefer someone with a running background who would understand the articles and posts about running.
