Hello Freelancers!

I run a small Personal Training business in London, England and am looking to grow my social media following for brand authority and credibility.

I currently have around 640 followers and would like to increase this to 3000 in 2023, I have a business account and get the following monthly approx

Posts - 7-10 new posts monthly
200-1000 account reached and similar impressions
13-30 likes on each post
0-12 comments on each post

Reels
300-5000 views per reel
7-90 likes on each post


I gain around 15-20 new followers a month and I have targets for growth in each area. This is where you come in!

I have the expertise and equipment to film content, I then need you to:

Provide a calendar/plan of how much content is needed and when, this should be based on research and measurable metrics e.g. If we do XXX type of content 10 times a week it should increase followers by XX

Edit reels (I can provide examples) that engage a wider audience and improves the above metrics

Create posts (video/text - I can provide examples) that will meet my audience needs (I can provide this) and grow in the above metrics

Engage professionally with non followers where required.

Please do not send a generic response to this, I have an understanding of what a social media manager does, I am looking for a structured response to show your skills and to manage my expectations on what is needed to hit my growth targets and build the brand!
