Social Media Management

I am looking for someone who can manage a twitter, Instagram and Pinterest account for my blog. The blog itself is for fiction short stories as well as tips/advice on how to become a better writer. The social media pages are freshly created. I was hoping that they could point people towards the blog itself so that it gets more traffic. I am looking for someone to manage the pages and drive traffic from 2 weeks to about a month. If things go well from there I am open to making it a consist thing. I am new to this website so please bear with me. The $400 budget is for 2-3 months of work that I am more than happy to discuss
