We are looking for a skilled freelancer to help organically grow our social media accounts, as well as those of our clients. We need someone who understands the strategy behind social media growth, not just posting graphics and pictures.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly social media growth plans.
- Create high-quality content from raw video footage, editing into engaging reels with trending music.
- Organize and post pictures to social media accounts according to a predefined strategy.
- Collaborate with influencers and manage partnerships on Instagram.
- Provide detailed reporting to track organic growth and social media performance.
- Strategize and implement small paid ad campaigns if necessary.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media growth strategy.
- Ability to create high-quality reels and video content.
- Experience managing social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Strong organizational skills for handling content in shared folders.
- Proficiency in social media reporting and analytics.
