Social Media Growth Expert needed!

We’re looking for someone (or a team) who can help us GROW Social Media Channels. You (and your team) will be responsible for creating a marketing strategy that grows their following and groups members week-by-week in an organic manner.

All while building brand identity and solid online presence through the creation and dissemination of high-level content in form of graphics, images (and potentially video) online. This involves developing marketing growth strategies, creating a content calendar, writing the copy per post.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create growth strategy based on client requirements;
- Implement the growth strategy on a daily basis;
- Engage the new followers and group members to ensure engaged community;
- Weekly reporting in terms of growth;
- Edit, proofread and improve the content;
- Ensure a strong web presence on various channels;
- Generate ideas to increase customer engagement;

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as a growth marketer expert;
- Ability to describe strategies and ideas
- Proficient in Google Docs/Spreadsheets
- Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset
- Expertise in Social Media platforms
- High-level copywriting skills for posts
- Project Management Skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
