Social Media Freelancer for Organic Growth (Twitter & Instagram), Only Indonesian

We are looking for a talented and passionate freelancer to join our team in Bali and take charge of growing our social media presence organically on Twitter and Instagram

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness on Twitter and Instagram.
2. Create and curate compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
3. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community atmosphere.
4. Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
5. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms to ensure maximum impact.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in growing social media accounts organically, particularly on Twitter and Instagram.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
3. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Analytical skills to track and measure social media performance.
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Location: Remote, Indonesia

Duration: Part-time, with the potential for long-term collaboration based on performance.
