Social Media Expert

I would like to meet with a person with expertise in the Social Media platforms to assist in setting up Facebook/Instagram, etc in the best way for my business, which is a private yacht charter company. I would like a consultation to do the initial setup and then I might take over from there or I might ask the person to run my social media for me, depending on how the project goes. I have a business page already set up for my prior business, but would like to know the best way to get followers from my prior business page to my new business page.
