Social Media Content Creator Needed

Freelance Social Media Content Creator – Canva & Later.com
Project Description:
Mentors 4 College is a U.S. nonprofit helping high school students, including those from underrepresented backgrounds, plan, apply and get accepted to their best-fit college, apprenticeship, or military paths through free mentoring. We’re hiring a freelance social media content creator to manage Instagram (students), Facebook, and LinkedIn (parents) to increase program signups and share inspiring mentoring stories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create posts, graphics, and short videos using Canva
• Schedule and post via Later.com or similar
• Develop themes: student success stories, mentor spotlights, post-high school planning tips, webinars, calls to action
• Monitor engagement, optimize posts and track student/parent signups
Candidate Requirements:
• U.S. citizen residing in the U.S.
• Graduated from a U.S. high school and attended some post-high school program (college, apprenticeship, military)
• Skilled storyteller and Canva user
• Familiar with Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite
• Reliable, self-motivated, able to deliver several posts per week
Project Details:
• ~4–6 hours/week
• Remote
• Competitive hourly or monthly rate
