I'm looking for a creative and proactive social media manager and content creator to help promote our youth hostel in Brussels on Instagram and Facebook. The ultimate goal is to increase our bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Capture and create engaging photos and videos that showcase our hostel's unique features, atmosphere and nearby attractions.
- Social Media Management: Regularly post content, interact with followers and manage our social media presence on Instagram and Facebook.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Exceptional photography and videography skills.
- A deep understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms and trending content strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Post and distribute daily - with ongoing tracking and measurements.
