Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Devise a comprehensive social media campaign strategy tailored to attract top candidates for job roles such as:
o Cloud Architect
o Cybersecurity Specialist
o Machine Learning Engineer
o Full Stack Developers (MERN/MEAN)
o Data Scientist
2. Execution: Implement the campaign across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and niche job-related groups/forums.
3. Content Creation: Create engaging posts, ads, and other content to drive traffic and conversions.
4. Targeting: Use advanced targeting techniques to reach professionals with relevant skills in Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud Computing, and other focus areas.
5. Lead Generation & Candidate Engagement: Create a funnel to engage potential candidates and drive them to apply for open positions.
6. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Required Skills:
