Social Media Campaign Manager Required For My Business

I have a Car Rental Business. Currently, I advertised via Facebook and Google Ads however it was not managed effectively. Therefore I would like to expand our advertising aggressively.
I want my business appears in Google prominently every time people search for the said keywords. Currently, our competitor is occupying the spot.
I want to build our followers through Instagram which we currently don't have yet and to build our followers either organically or inorganic. My target is to have at least 10,000 followers by the end of August 2023.
I want to set up a Tik Tok account which we currently don't have yet and to build our followers either organically or inorganic and my aim is to get a FYP at least once every week and to have at least 20,000 followers by end of August 2023.
