I'm looking for a qualified freelancer who will help me in the creation of a content calendar and social media posts for a marketing agency. The goal is to increase brand awareness of the marketing agency and to develop a consistent branding theme across the various social media platforms, thus helping us to generate more leads and revenue. This initial project is for the first month of content creation, with the option to renew after.

Here's what I need:
- **Content Calendar Creation**: I need a comprehensive content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. It should include the types of posts we discussed that would be relevant to the company.
- **Daily Posting**: I want a new post every day on each platform. You'll need to ensure the posts are well-timed to reach our audience.
- **Content Creation**: You will be responsible for creating the graphics for each post. The content should be engaging, on-brand, and varied.
- **Theme Adherence**: The posts should follow the themes we discussed – product highlights, customer testimonials, and industry news to name a few.
