Social Media Assistant for Themed Pages

I'm seeking a skilled virtual assistant to manage both the Facebook and Instagram pages for my theme-based profiles. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation: Develop appealing and engaging content targeted to young and middle-aged adults, aged between 18-44.
- Posting and Scheduling: Regularly posting and scheduling content to help maintain consistent engagement with our followers.
- Audience Engagement: React proactively to comments, direct messages, and other kinds of engagement from our followers.
Applicants should have previous experience in social media management and need to be savvy, creative, and responsive. Experience with targeting content towards the 18-44 age demographic would be advantageous in this role.
