Social Media Assistant /Creative Freelancer
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Hello! Im looking for a local, long term help for my social media accounts. Im an influencer, but also work a full time job (which I film), so I need help with all sorts of tasks.
I need part time help for now, my right hand man, and eventually long term full-time help.
Important: you must have an aesthetic eye!
Im looking for a creative assistant to get to know my aesthetics and the vision id like for my audience, and help me post often and consistently.
General Weekly Tasks:
1. Engaging on social media with fans
2. Responding to comment & emails
3. Help plan Instagram photos & reels
4. Help edit Instagram photos & reels
5. Help with video ideas
6. Editing & Posting TikTok's
7. Editing & posting Youtube shorts
8. Respond to Companies & Reach out to new companies for collabs
9. Random errands (which you'll be paid miles + gas)
10. Open to traveling once in a while
No equipment necessary, I have all the devices needed.
I'm also looking for a YouTube video editor, if that's something you're willing to learn I can teach you, but no pressure.
If you are able to start video editing, we will arrange a separate pay for that right away.
You must be a positive person with excellent communication and super organized, since we'll be working together and bouncing ideas back and forth.
This is definitely also a fun job, having fun on the job helps my content flourish.
You will be rewarded for the more help and creativity you contribute.
Many tasks will be hourly. More difficult jobs I will pay more hourly, and some projects I may pay per project.
Estimated pay: $20-$40/hour
The more successful my channels become, i plan on expanding to pay more hourly, full time hours, and bonuses.

Work setting will be at coffee shops, my building office center, my home, sometimes at my job site (NORTH KANSAS CITY).
You MUST be trustworthy.
You can work anytime of the day that you wish, and you can work from home for many tasks. The only days I need in person help is either Wednedays, and or weekends.
