Social Media Assistant

I'm looking for a social media assistant to help me with my social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook. The main goal is to grow followers on these platforms. I'm not sure how many posts I need per week as I'm still in the process of figuring out how often I should post on each platform. Therefore, I'm open to working with the right person to come up with an appropriate post schedule and determine how many posts should be created each week. My assistance will also include responding to messages and comments, monitoring analytics, and researching accounts that might be interested in following my profile. I'm also interested in hearing any creative ideas the strategist might have in order to optimize results and maximize output.
