I'm in need of a proactive and reliable admin assistant to help with both social media management and general administrative tasks for my online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Content Creation and Scheduling:** You'll be in charge of creating and scheduling posts for my Facebook and Instagram profiles. The content should be engaging, relevant, and aligned with my brand.
- **Engagement Management:** You'll also be responding to messages, comments, and engaging with my audience. So, a good grasp of my brand's tone and voice is crucial.
- **Analytics Tracking:** Besides these, you'll be responsible for keeping track of the performance of our social media efforts.
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
- Previous experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Strong excel/google sheets skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
