Hi. I am looking for a marketing manager.

We have 3 iptv services and 90% of targeted area is USA.
We run marketing on Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Blog Website ...
But these channels are not big ... so i want to grow these channels and drive more traffic asap.
So finding a marketing manager who can come with lots of ideas to drive more traffic and manage these channels, writing contents ...
If you need agents, we can hire for that. Totally need to manage whole marketing.
This will be a long term relationship and will make weekly based payment.
I have no fixed budget so let me know about these points.
