Smart Vision Summit Media Coverage

I’ll be exhibiting at Smart Vision Summit Egypt 2025 in The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo, and I need a skilled photo-video team on-site for the full two-day schedule—22 & 23 November, 10 AM–6 PM. Your mission is to capture the energy of the keynotes, networking buzz, product demos and every spontaneous moment in a creative, cinematic style that we can deploy across our marketing channels the very next day.

What I expect from you on-site:
• Videography: one polished highlight film for the entire summit plus two same-day reels each day (≈1 min 20 sec).
• Photography: continuous coverage with at least 20 edited, platform-ready shots delivered daily.

Deliverables to hand over digitally:
• High-resolution, fully edited highlight video (horizontal)
• Four vertical reels optimised for Instagram/LinkedIn
• 40+ retouched photos, colour-graded and sized for social media
• Usage rights for all corporate and social channels

I’m only considering teams with proven corporate-event portfolios who can commit to both days on location. If you’re available and confident you can meet next-day turnaround, please share your showreel, similar event references and a clear quotation.
