I'm seeking an adept recruiter for a Skool Community I'm launching, focusing on small business acquirers and owners. The aim is to grow this free online community with engaging, first-time or experienced small business acquirers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilising social media outreach to engage and recruit potential community members
- Targeting small business owners and acquirers, both seasoned and new to the game
- Delivering measurable results, with commission tied to successful member recruitment
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in community recruitment, particularly in the business sector
- Proficient in social media platforms and strategies
- Strong understanding and connections within the acquisition and small business community
- Excellent communication skills
Please tell me a bit about the strategies you have used in the past to recruit members to an online community and what has worked well! This is an opportunity to grow with the community and work long-term on a contractual basis and expand your community work from recruitment into community management. Especially interesting perhaps for people with interest in business, finance and M&A.
Pay will be commission based on number of joined members. $100 for every 25 members recruited, $125 if these become engaged community members!
