I’m looking to build a small creative team for ongoing YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels content.

1. Short-form video editor
2. Thumbnail designer
3. (Optional) Someone who can handle both

VIDEO EDITOR ROLE

You’ll be editing vertical short-form content for:

* YouTube Shorts
* Instagram Reels
* TikTok

Style needed:

* fast-paced editing
* strong hooks in first 1–3 seconds
* captions/subtitles
* smooth transitions
* memes/sound effects when needed
* engaging pacing that keeps retention high

Required:

* Experience with 9:16 vertical format
* Understanding of viral short-form content
* Fast delivery and good communication
