Short-Form Video Editor (TikTok / Reels) – degen Finance & Trading Content

About the Role:
I’m building a fast-growing social media brand focused on trading, stocks, and making money online. The content is not educational — it’s high-energy, flex-style, and aimed at a younger crowd who love bold, gambling, entertaining money-making videos.
I’m looking for short-form editors (“clippers”) who can turn raw clips into viral TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with personality, punch, and perfect pacing.
Responsibilities
- 3x Edit 15–25-second clips from my raw trading footage, lifestyle shots, or reactions.
- Add dynamic captions (subtitles synced to speech).
- Match trending sounds, memes, and transitions
- Keep edits fast-paced, flashy, and optimised for watch time.
- Deliver files ready to post (9:16 vertical, HD).
Requirements:
- Experience editing for TikTok / Reels / Shorts (please provide examples).
- Understanding of Gen-Z meme culture and attention-grabbing hooks.
- Able to match the tone: confident, bold, slightly humorous, and very "degenerate Vibe"
- Familiar with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Consistent turnaround time
Bonus Skills
- Knows how to find trending audios and hashtags.
- Experience working with creators in the trading, finance, or “make money online” niche.
- Can create slight variations of the same clip for multiple pages.
Payment
- Pay-per-clip (price depends on quality and speed) with scope to increase to monthly retainer for consistent volume.
- Performance bonuses for viral clips that hit high view counts.
