Shadow Ban Resolution Expert Needed

I am in need of someone knowledgeable in navigating and mitigating the effects of shadow banning on Facebook and Instagram, including Facebook groups. My interest lies in both my accounts and others'. Thus, it is essential that the person hired has experience in dealing with both user situations. A key part of this role is maintaining my high level of engagement with followers, so ensuring this engagement is not inhibited is vital.
Required skills and experience:
- Expertise in social media, specifically Facebook and Instagram.
- Understanding and capability to handle meta shadow banning issues.
- Experience with maintaining high engagement rates and developing strategies to improve these.
