Setting up my commerce account on Facebook and connecting to Instagram

I need help setting up my commerce account on Facebook and connecting it to Instagram. I have an intermediate level of familiarity with Facebook and Instagram's commerce features but do not have an existing product catalogue – this will need to be created. My preferred method of payment integration is other (please specify).
