Set up and run a NFT Twitter Ad account without it getting banned

We are trying to launch a NFT collection but keep getting our Twitter Ad account banned. We're no experts in the market and need someone to set up, and manage an Ad account to drive people to our Discord channel. We would probably be interested in other social media Ads but know zero about running them and about the NFT Ad market, from what is permitted and what is not.
