Seeking Social Media Manager for Udemy Course

I put together a personal finance course to teach kids and teenagers personal finance via animated cartoon videos. I aim to promote the course on social media and also post it on Udemy. I am looking for a marketing person with experience in doing marketing for finance/investment courses. I am also looking for someone who can help me put together a well-detailed marketing plan that I can execute. Lastly, I am looking for someone with experience in paid social media advertisement.
