Seeking Media Buyer for Digital/Social Media Marketing Agency

We are looking for media buyers who are willing to work with us on a contractual basis, open to full-time employment who are experts at social media and digital marketing. We target the entertainment industry (bars, restaurants, nightclubs) through lead generation prospects, and are looking for people who have experience through email marketing, Instagram, Facebook and/or TikTok advertisements.
As of the pricing, it is not fixed, it can go up and down based on clientele and you will also be rewarded with performance bonuses. Not only this, but you can also be rewarded for loyalty if you become a part of the team!
The goal is to work with you to test our compatibility and see if we can add you to our team, and if that is the case, I will continue giving you continuous clients in which it saves you the time to look for future jobs. It will also provide you with expertise in a given niche in which you can leverage for future jobs if you'd like, but the goal is to hire someone and eventually make them our Chief Marketing Officer once we start scaling up.

We will hold interviews with the top 2-3 candidates to see who is the best fit, and in that interview we expect you to bring previous results in a professional manner that is easily understandable for a child. If you are selected for the interview, please think about how you would manage campaigns for bars and nightclubs, as I would love to hear your ideas and what you can bring to the table.
