Scoial Media Project Support VA

We are searching for a talented Virtual Assistant to join and support our growing team. You will work closely with the Communications Team to create engaging content for all Agorapulse channels, including keeping profiles updated and brand-focused and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences. You can work remotely and must be available to hop on weekly check-in calls via Google Meet.

Responsibilities:
-Social Media Management
-Managing company social media channels, including Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube, by scheduling approved content.
-Responding to or escalating issues immediately and appropriately to Social Media Manager.
-Conduct Social Media Listening via Agorapulse and flag any significant mentions of -Agorapulse and its competitors to the Social Media and Content Manager.
-Content Creation
-Draft social media copy promoting blog posts, webinars, and livestreams.
-Update all Publishing Queues with evergreen content as directed by the Social Media and Content Manager.
-Distribute content to social bookmarking sites as needed (e.g., infographic directories).

Qualifications:
-Strong understanding of digital content, communication, and marketing principles.
- Demonstrated passion for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to get a project done on time and within budget.
- Ability to work within a deadline-oriented and fast-paced team environment, while also assuming leadership when appropriate.
- Must be able to develop content with the voice of the brand.
- Efficient problem solver with strong written and oral communication skills.
