SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING FOR REAL ESTATE

I need someone with shown proven record of quick success in social marketing on at least 3 of platforms to help me with my real estate and property advertising in South East Asia, Asia & Australian cities. The applicant must be familiar with and able to do up to 40 posts (including video reels and carousel posts) a month on the following platforms:

1. Instagram
2. Facebook & either
3. Tik Tok or 4. LinkedIn
or all 4 platforms

Your services will include:
1. creation of post editing videos
2. Writing caption
3. Hashtags
4. Creating strategies incl goals setting and expectations
5. Boosting of posts
6. Design and setup
7. Content creations
8. Monthly Analytic report
9. Brand monitoring
10. Monitor and optimize social media advertising campaigns

The provider must arrange for a minimum of at least

-3 posting DAILY on instagram/FB stories and,

- 3 postings WEEKLY at FB personal/page

Please provide monthly rate for 6 - 12 months of service.
