SMO for youtube channel

We have an youtube channel for which we need to do Social Media Optimization (SMO). It's a new channel, so social media optimization is really important to increase it's reach to people and start monetization of the channel. From the SMO, we expect our channel to have:
1. Increased number of subscriber. 2. Increased view of videos 3. Increased social media presence/reach for facebook, instagram and tiktok pages of the youtube channel that we are seeking SMO of.
Everything needs to be done legally and organically. Also the communication with the freelancer and us should be good because we would like to know if the work is being done right.
