We make YourJustice - a decentralized justice system with ratings and lawmaking (more about us - https://linktr.ee/YourJustice). Now we need to actively promote our project to the Russian-speaking and English-speaking audience, and for this we need an SMM-manager.
**What to do:**
- Promote the project about decentralized system of justice and reputation for the crypto market through social media channels and opinion leaders in telegram, discord, twitter and YouTube.
- Work with analytics and choose the best advertising channels and opinion leaders for posting info.
- Participate in the preparation of advertising messages. Negotiate with opinion leaders and channels to find the best terms for posting.
- Maintain relationships for long-term cooperation and further placements.
- Maintain a database in AmoCRM.
- Provide and maintain analytics and reporting.
**You're the right fit for us if:**
- You have at least B2 level of written English.
- You know how to analyze channels and determine their quality level (understand which channel is author's, which one is filled with bots etc.) and you know where to look for good channels.
- You have experience in online-advertising (ideally, if you also paid for these services with crypto) and you know how to bargain for the best advertising terms.
- You understand how to work with channel analytics (including various analytics services and utm-tags).
- You have at least half a year of experience with Telegram-channels analytics and advertising in Telegram-channels.
- You know how to quickly delve into new topics and master unfamiliar services.
- You have a hands-on experience with cryptocurrencies.
- You have experience with AmoCRM and Google Sheets.
**What do we offer:**
- Remote work at the international team.
- Full time. Working days: Mon - Fri. Fixed 8-hour working day, from 10:00 to 19:00. Time zone will be determined during interview.
- Money: 1000-1500 USDT depending on metrics. We have a trial period. Payment during the trial period - by agreement.
- Weekly salary payment (USDT is converted into money in 5 minutes via Binance, if necessary, we will teach you how).
