Scope of work
• Audit – technical SEO crawl, backlink profile review, Facebook & Instagram account diagnostics, and a quick list health check in Mailchimp (or your preferred ESP).
• Strategy – keyword map for high-intent traffic, content calendar for both social platforms, and an email funnel outline tied to those topics.
• Implementation – optimise priority pages, design and schedule Facebook/Instagram posts & ads, set up the first three emails (welcome, lead-magnet delivery, follow-up).
• Tracking – configure Google Analytics 4 events and Meta Pixel so we can attribute traffic accurately and adjust fast. A concise progress report is expected each Friday.
