Romania based only - Social Media Manager

We are looking for a social media manager who is capable to grow our social media pages such as: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter.
We need this accomplished through organic followers and prefer someone that has some experience on these platforms. Skills such as speaking English language and basic graphic design are preferable.
We are also looking for content writers. The writers must be based in Romania or Republic of Georgia only.
